Shipping

All orders have a standard 5-7 business day fulfillment timeline.  During special sales and promotions you may see a slight delay.

All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

If you live in Oklahoma you have four shipping options available at checkout (Tulsa area pickup available for Oklahoma residents only).

Packaging - Multiple products will be packaged together in an individual pouch.

Tulsa Area SHOWROOM PICKUP– If you are local to Tulsa and ordering on our website, choose local pickup (unless of course you would rather us ship your order). Once your order is complete, you will receive an email letting you know your order is available for pickup. Pick up your order ONLY AT 5202 S. Harvard Ave (Mon - Fri, 10am - 5pm) by coming into our showroom at this location. If you do place an order with a custom item, we will give you an email once your order is ready for pick up.

Standard Shipping 3-5 Business Days (After Fulfillment Time).  This service is $6 regardless of how large or small the order is. Orders cannot be combined with rusticcuff.com orders.

2-3 Day Air– If you place your order before noon CST Monday – Friday, we will do our very best to get your order shipped and on your wrist in 2 business days (this does not cover weekend delivery).  For example, an order placed on Monday before noon should be delivered by 8pm Wednesday.  We will do everything we can to get this order to you as described, however, because we are incapable of directing your package once it leaves our facility, this service is not guaranteed.  If you have a production item in your order, the production timeline still applies. We must have a physical address for this shipping option.  This service is $25 regardless of the size and destination of the order.

Overnight Weekday Delivery - If you place your order before noon CST Monday – Friday, we will do our very best to get your order shipped and on your wrist the following day (this does not cover weekend delivery).  For example, an order placed on Monday before noon should be delivered by 8pm Tuesday.  We will do everything we can to get this order to you as described, however, because we are incapable of directing your package once it leaves our facility, this service is not guaranteed.  If you have a production item in your order, the production timeline still applies. We must have a physical address for this shipping option.  This service is $35 regardless of the size and destination of the order.
